Saman Gallery :
An intimate space of Art and Sensitivity in Paris
Nestled in the heart of Paris’s 15th arrondissement, Galerie Saman is an intimate exhibition space dedicated to sensitive contemporary art. More than a white cube, it is a vibratory bubble where every detail the light, the hanging, the silence is carefully designed so that you may experience a unique artistic journey, far from the bustle of Paris.
A Bubble of Calm and Light
By stepping through the door of the gallery, you enter an artistic sanctuary. Bathed in soft, natural light, the raw textures highlight the power of vibrant colors and the depth of materials. Here, art is contemplated in the respect of silence and the emotions it evokes. It is a place where one takes the time to feel as much as to see.
A Curation Guided by Resonance
Our programming does not follow trends, but an invisible thread: that of vibration and shared sensitivity. Each month, we create collective exhibitions where the works of Sylvie Dotran, resident artist, enter into dialogue with those of carefully selected guest artists — painters, sculptors, photographers.
Every artist presented at Galerie Saman is chosen for the authenticity and emotional power of their language. We believe that contemporary art must foster an intimate dialogue. Here, you will not find decoration, but unique pieces made to resonate with your sensitivity.
The goal? To create a silent yet powerful conversation between the works — and with you, the visitor.

Exhibitions & Artistes in 2025
Gisèle Dambal le Ray

Gisèle Dambel Le Ray is a French painter and sculptor whose work explores sensitivity as a source of emotion, tension, and serenity in response to the world’s turmoil. Trained in art history and initiated into painting, drawing, and sculpture, she continually renews her practice. Since her first exhibitions in Toulouse in the mid‑1990s, her creations have been shown in Paris and across France, supported by patrons such as Claude Arnal, and have reached audiences worldwide. Beyond galleries, she has chosen direct contact with art lovers at the Marché de la Création Edgar‑Quinet in Paris since 2003. Her sensual, timeless works reflect a persistent quest for beauty and mystery
Laura Lago

A Franco-Argentine artist trained in photography at Les Gobelins and coming from the world of performance (dance, singing, theater), Laura explores on canvas the memory of the body. Her painting, intuitive and vibrant, captures movement in all its strength and delicacy.
She will present her latest creations, imbued with a new energy, between pulse and silence.
Cécile Batillat

Cécile Batillat is a French painter who explores gestural painting, where movement and matter intertwine in poetic tension. Painting with both body and soul, her raw yet sensitive impulse questions rhythm, memory, and instinct.
Her works, created with sepia and gold ink on linen canvas, vibrate with organic and luminous energy. She favors linen for its living texture, natural suppleness, and subtle dialogue with light and material — a noble and authentic support that deepens the resonance of her compositions.
Her paintings are not merely to be seen; they are to be felt and experienced, like a silent dance between the intimate and the universal.
Salomé Lacan

Salomé Lacan is a self‑taught painter guided by an inner quest, shaping a singular universe between tradition and modernity. Inspired by Asian aesthetics, she works with watercolor, Chinese ink, and FIMO, exploring transparency, material, and inner light.
Her creations, marked by both gentleness and strength, draw inspiration from nature and spirit: flowers, cherry trees, serene warriors figures that embody the duality dear to the artist. For her, painting is an act of balance and truth, a language of the heart.
Virginie Tarin

Virginie Tarin is a French visual artist who explores the female body through photography, body painting, and textile sculpture. A former retoucher in the fashion and luxury industries, she now develops a personal artistic language where the body becomes a living canvas and matter in motion.
Her works reveal a hybrid femininity free and in transformation inspired by nature, dance, and figures such as Frida Kahlo and Francesca Woodman. Her series Flow embodies this fusion of image, gesture, and emotion, opening a passage into a sensory and poetic imagination.
Jessica Adam J6K

G6K offers a free, instinctive, and exuberant painting style where abstraction meets powerful symbols. Her ultra‑dense canvases captivate the eye, constantly revealing new emotions.
Inspired by cinema, punk manga, fashion, and everyday stories, she weaves intense visual narratives often centered on the feminine contrasted, fragile, yet profoundly luminous and resilient.
Working with acrylic, ink, spray paint, resin, even coffee, G6K explores materials as she does states of mind. Her art is an expressive dance, a pictorial victory over anxiety.
Daniela Brosset Daia

Daniela Brosset, known as DAÏA, is a Franco‑Romanian painter based in the Paris region. A silver medalist of the Académie des Arts, she fully dedicated herself to painting after more than twenty years in special education, where she introduced children with disabilities to watercolor.
Her work, resolutely abstract, draws inspiration from nature, light, and human emotions. Her canvases, in vibrant or soothing colors, evoke inner landscapes — between matter and transparency, movement and silence.
DAÏA exhibits regularly in France and internationally (Spain, Italy, Belgium, United States) and is actively involved in collective and associative projects. Her sensitive, luminous painting invites both contemplation and self‑connection.
Changzheng Zhu

Changzheng Zhu is a Franco‑Chinese painter and sculptor, a graduate of the École des Beaux‑Arts de Versailles. Passionate about art since childhood, she began her career in China in fashion design before moving to France in 1997 to deepen her artistic practice.
Her work sensitively explores femininity through fluid forms, elegant lines, and a constant search for harmony. She masterfully combines painting, sculpture, and engraving disciplines in which she has been awarded distinctions, including bronze medals in engraving and sculpture, and a mention in painting at the Salon des Artistes Français.
Changzheng Zhu creates powerful and poetic works where the female body becomes a universal language of strength, sensuality, and grace.
Stephane Droit

Stéphane Droit is a self‑taught painter based in Picardy who has been expressing himself through abstract art for six years. Painting came to him as an obvious, vital language a space where his spirit can escape freely.
Working exclusively with the palette knife, he explores texture and vibration to give life to his emotions. His canvases, sometimes luminous and colorful, sometimes darker, reflect a raw and instinctive sensitivity.
For him, abstraction is a realm of total freedom, an intimate encounter with the invisible. As he likes to remind us: “It is not you who come to painting, but painting that comes to you.”
Marc Feist

Marc Feist is a self‑taught painter, member of the Académie des Arts, Sciences et Lettres, and recipient of its Bronze Medal. He has been painting for more than 28 years, working exclusively with the palette knife and favoring acrylics.
His singular journey, born of personal and family impulses, led him to explore painting as an emotional and therapeutic language. Inspired by his travels and life experiences, he creates vibrant works that move between figuration and abstraction, where textures, colors, and energy combine to awaken the senses and touch the soul.
